How to Make Moringa Leaf Powder at Home

Collect fresh moringa leaves from mature trees.

Harvesting Leaves

Thoroughly wash the leaves to remove any dirt or impurities.

Cleaning

Spread the leaves, in a single layer on a clean surface and allow them to air dry in a shaded area.

Drying  Moringa Leaves

If preferred, use a dehydrator at low heat to speed up the drying process.

Dehydrating

Once dry and brittle, crush the leaves into smaller pieces using a mortar and pestle or a blender.

Crushing

Pass the crushed leaves through a fine mesh sieve to remove any remaining stems or larger particles.

Sieving

Grind the sieved leaves into a fine powder using a grinder or a food processor.

Grinding

Transfer the moringa leaf powder to an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Ensure that the powder has a vibrant green color and a fresh, earthy aroma.
