Three important things told by Dr. Karan
Dr. Karan, who regularly posts health-related information online, told this in his first tip.
He urged his followers and subscribers to avoid spending more than 10 minutes on the toilet seat. This means 10 Minutes on Toilet is Dangerous. Gravity is not a friend to spend on the toilet seat. Karan said that the longer a person spends in the toilet, the longer the blood will start accumulating in the veins of the rectum, due to which hemorrhoids occur.
In his second piece of advice, he said that while sitting on the toilet seat, do not pressurize while defecating. He used a graphic to explain the process of piles and how applying too much pressure while defecating would swell the blood vessels and thus lead to piles.
His last advice focused on the matter related to diet. In this advice of his, he warned not to give up the fiber. Karan said that taking 2 to 30 grams of fiber per day should be the goal of every person. If there is any health-related problem, leave fiber only; otherwise, always include fiber in your diet.
